The Langtang Region lies in the North of Nepal. It is situated just 51 km away of Kathmandu Valley. The Langtang valley is one of the most popular destinations in Nepal with many different route options for all fitness levels. The Langtang trek is very accessible just 5-6 hours drive from Kathmandu. This trek starts from the lower elevation of (1460m) so it has a low risk of high altitude sickness and in case of AMS you will have the option of a quick descent and an easy acclimatisation.
